When I go to perform a backup, if I already manually deleted the running jobs, the backup will work, but it just freezes, it doesn't actually complete, just starts. I didnt get a chance to finish my post: So when I click on monitoring, under running jobs, there's these two jobs: Search Backup and Restore (pause) application ff888847-69f8-4491-86f7-61e74ff48912 server xxxxx Backup/Restore It just stays stuck in this status, if I delete teh search backup and restore (pause) job, then I can delete the backup/restore job. This never happened before, in the past when I performed a backup, within a few minutes, evertyhing went well. I even processed this command as well: PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -force -cmd applicationcontent -install -cmd installfeatures I've attached a screenshot of what is happening. How do I fix this? Still

I'm like you, any solution? is product failure? My failure is " The backup/restore job failed because there is already another job scheduled. Delete the timer job from the Timer Job Definitions page, and then restart the backup/restore job. " thanks
