Scrolling tablix in SSRS22008R2
Is it possible to set up a tablix which displays a predetermined number of rows with vertical scroll bars to control the display of the remaining rows? I don't want the tablix to expand vertically over many pages - I want a report with a summary tablix at
the top of the page, and a detail view of a selected row at the bottom - all on a single page.

Hi Tony,
It seems that you want to show the entire contents of the report on a page, please follow the steps as below,
1. Select Report from the drop-down list in Properties window.
2. Expend
InteractiveSize node, alter the Height as “0”.
Then you will find all the contents of the report are shown on a page.

If you have any question, please feel free to ask.

Actually I don't want to display the whole table on a page, just a predertmined part of it, with scroll bars to control what part is displayed. I guess ReportBuilder can't handle that so I will have to set up a solution using parameters
to effectively do server-side paging.
Thanks anyway.

Hi Tony,
It is true there is no build-in feature to achieve this requirement in ReportBuilder, just like you mentioned you can pass parameters to report to
control report's size, if you can use Reportviewer in remote mode, you will get a vertical scroll bar, then you can drag the vertical scroll bar to display of the remaining rows.
