Hi,You agent action account, does it have permissions to that db? Also look at this thread http://www.systemcentercentral.com/BlogDetails/tabid/143/IndexID/19548/Default.aspxAnders Bengtsson | Microsoft MVP - Operations Manager | http://www.contoso.se

Hello Paul,I would like to suggest that you check the following: 1. Make sure SCE console\Administration\Security\Run As Account have domain administrator permission. If the run as account's password was changed, please update the password here and also "Data Warehouse Action Account" , "Data Warehouse Configuration Synchronization Reader Account", "Data Warehouse Report Deployment Account". 2. Opened SQL Server Management Studio and checked Properties of OperationsManager database. Check the General Tab, make sure Space Available still have enough free space.Hope it helps,Yog Li - MSFT
