Script Task Error - Variable is Specified More than Once
Hey guys, Is it really necessary for Script Task to return the below error? Certainly you should be allowed to read and write to the same variable. I am trying to read a variable and then append (write) to that variable. MCTS, MCITP: BI Technical Consultant| Karabina, South Africa Blog: www.selectsifiso.net

It's ReadWrite variable. So if you specify it there, you can also read it. No need to specify it again in ReadOnly variables.MCTS, MCITP - Please mark posts as answered where appropriate.

you can use ReadWriteVariables only. for me, ReadOnlyVariables works fine while I update the variable also inside the script task. to be safe, use with write option. regards joon
