Scenario like I have created standalone media iso and USB. How make multiple copies USB contents directly copy paste another USB or need to do diskpart command to make another USB bootable? Iso how to bootable meaning iso file used for VMs so how to use for physical machines it needs either USB or DVD so how create or make bootable?

You must prepare the UFD - follow the instructions linked by Peter.
Then, copy the contents from the original UFD to the new UFD - you can do the contents-copy any way you please.
