Sccm with non-english language
Hello everyone,Ive recently replaced sms 2003 with sccm 2007 on one of my customer's sites. With sms 2003 they created packages in Hebrew, and the end users could see them in Hebrew from Control Panel. When we recreated the packages on the new server, we noticed all the packages displays in gibbrish on the console and on the clients machines.Language setting is set properly and everything looks fine. It is sccm 2007 SP1 that runs on Win 2008 x64.Since they cant read english this is a very serious issue.I've read abit about ICP but Hebrew is not supported + I dont mind if the GUI is in english, the important thing is the packages and advertisments.I dont understand how it worked with SMS2003, they told me they didnt do anything special.Any help will be welcomedThank you and have a good day,Dan.

Here's the content of ICP1/ICP2 for ConfigMgr: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=4C8FA7D6-1671-4D76-860B-195B16C214A8&displaylang=en and here for SMS 2003: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sms/bb676762.aspx. So both do not contain Hebrew. have you already seen "Deploying Configuration Manager Sites in International and Multi-Language Environments" (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb632475.aspx)? What OS and MUI language is the siteserver? Have you already tried installing the admin console on a Hebrew workstation and then creating packages etc.?
