We have an SSRS viewer for the iPad/iPhone and need to store private data per report. For example, if the user selects a some parameter values for Report A on their iPad, they should ideally be able to access the Report A with the same set of parameter values from another iPad or iPhone (provided they use the same user login). We could not find any methods in the RS web services to allow us to do this. Looking for a method like this bool SaveReportData(ReportID, AppID, ReportPrivateDataAsByteArrayOrString) Are we missing something? Is there any alternative ways to do this? Thx, Dave

Hi Dave, If I understand correctly, you want to save the last status of the parameter selection for a user. If so, we can try to work around the issue in this way: 1. Add a new dataset to the report. 2. The dataset has a statement that is used to insert data to a database. Also, the statement has input parameter, which value is the report parameter's value. 3. Now, when we run the report, the parameter's value will be saved to a database. 4. For the original report parameter, we can get the value from the database we used to stored data. After that, the users' selection will be recorded in the database every time, when he/she open the report in another iPad/iPhone, he/she will get the data he/she used last time.
