HI,

       I am working in a support Project. When I try to save site as Template it shows "Correlation Error". When I try to find correlation id in logs. I am not able to find any details associated with it. The error not displays any message. I am attaching snapshot for your reference.

I have changed "SharePoint Server Publishing"  to Deactivate. But it stillshows same error. I am not able to find any reason associated with this error.

Kindly guide me on this.

maybe reading the log relationed to the correltion ID you have more information about the error, can you post ther log?

As Jorge suggested, we need to check ULS logs for detailed error message to resolve this issue.

You can put the logs here and we will help to check the logs(remember to remove the private information).

For this issue, I need to verify the things below with you:

1. Did you get the error when accessing the Save Site as Template page for the site or after clicking OK in the Save Site as Template page?
2. Please use site collection administrator to save the site as template to see if the issue still occurs.

 I have used Site collection Administrator to save site as Template. But still the same issue occurs. I get error when "Save site as template" after clicking Ok button.

This was following error occurs when I try to save site as Template. I got this message from Logs.

Kindly provide me solution as earlier.

Hi Abdul,

From the error message, it seems there is a custom list template which cannot be found as Alex suggested.

Please check if the custom solution has been installed successfully.

Hi,

     The error occurs when I try to save site as Template after clicking Ok. Also below parent site in some other subsites I can able to "Save Site as Template". But not on this one alone.

Please let me know whether concerned feature is not installed or concerned list is not installed.

From the error message I found that Custom Feature "43324EE9-709F-476D-9A67-0F7650AEA060"   

Report Storage List   Template is not installed in WEB. How and where to active this feature for WEB(Site) application. Kindly guide me on this. Regards, Abdul

If it is a custom solution, then you need to use the two commands to redeploy the custom solution:

Add-SPSolution  and Install-SPSolution.
