I have no idea where to place this in the forum so O dare say its in the wrong one so here goes.

I have just been trying to find my way around the Sway program now that I have windows 10, but it wont open from the start menu tab. Am I doing something wrong or doesn't it work that way? I press the tab & all I get is a green screen with the sway emblem in the middle, nothing happens.

Please advise.
