Hi I'm trying to create a subscription to a report, send it by email embedded in body. when I set format to MHTML (web Archive), the email isn't been received, althogh there is a successful sending notification in subscriptions main page. when I set to a different format other then MHTML, the email is been received properly. What can I do to fix the problem? Thanks. I'm using SSRS 2008 integrated in SharePoint 2010

Hi zac139, Thanks for your question. Based on your description, I would give you two suggestions of resolving this issue. 1. Does the report have a great deal of results? If in this condition, this issue may be caused by delivery delayed. 2. Is there any error message in the report server service trace log? After sending the email with MHTML format, please check the trace log. By default, please locate C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS10.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\LogFiles to find the log files. In addition, you can click Date modified button to rank the log files, this action helps you find the latest log file easily. If there are some errors in the log file, please see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms165307.aspx and http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms156500.aspx to resolve them.
