Citrix users have Great Plains open. They add a shortcut to an existing SSRS report. When they try to open the report they get challenged for username and password. This does not happen if they try to open the same report from their desktop. This also does not happen to me - but I have Content Administrator permissions to the entire SSRS server. How can I stop this from happening?
