We have created custom security and as soon as we implement it we are not able to create any subscriptio. Moreover the built-in users also dissapers for report manager. I was able to see built-administrator in Report Manager Security before implementing custom security. Please guide. Chiang H

Hi Chiang Hu, To trouble shoot this issue, could you please restore your Reporting Services to original settings without custom security? If then, there is still no built-in administrator, it might be caused by your custom security settings.
