Hi, I am using BIDS to create reports that will work with CRM 2011. I have couple of questions. 1. how to add a new report page. I created page 1 but need to create a total of 3 pages. 2. page 1 contains a table which may grow to page 2. how can I make the table to extend to next page retaining header. in that case, I would like my page 2 (origional) to start in a new page. 3. I want to have header and footer for only Page 1 and rest of the pages will have a different header only. how could I do that? 4. the size is 8.27 by 11.69. However, the page 1 footer will have text boxes that will start at .5 . ie. My report has left and right margin as 1inch. however, the footer (page 1) will start at .05inch. will this pose any issue with printing in CRM 2011. As I noticed that, if I extend beyond the margins, the CRM prints in next page? Appreciate your input. Thank you

I have a header img on page 1 but it is not showing up while printing using CRM 2011. Am I missing anything.
