Hi All,I am using SQL Server 2008 BI studio for Reporting services. When i export the report to the excel, the footer image or textbox didnt get diaplayed in the excel while header image is properly diplayed.Does anybody knows solution on it.Please help on this.Thanks in advanced.-Kalpesh

Hi Kalpesh, We can know you want to display the footer of the report in exported Excel file from your post. Excel does not have a concept of a "page", so when we look at the spreadsheet, we will not see a footer. We should be able to see the footer when looking at "page preview" or when looking at the "header/footer" of the spreadsheet. The "header/footer" is accessed in different ways depending on the version of Excel. We can find the "header/footer with "Help". Hi Kalpesh, Were you able to export footer image to the excel. I am having a problem making the image appear in the footer when I export to excel (in the page preview). Can you please let me know how I can do this. It is part of my embedded images in the report. I appreciate your help! Thanks
