SSRS Report Designer Background Image does NOT align with Text in preview
Hi, I'm using the SSRS report designer within VS2005 and I have a .rdl report that I have placed a background form as an image background. I then have text placed on top of the form, the problem is that everything is aligned within the report designer layout viewbut when I go to view the report in report preview the text no longer remains vertically aligned within the background form. This is very frustrating, and almost makes it impossible to marry up a form with report data. Any help would be appreciated.

How does it look when you preview through a web browser? The preview pane is notorious for incosistent display as compared to the HTML view. There's no solution to this as far as I know.

It doesn't look like this ever got answered. My question is relation to the above is, how can one at least center the report when moving to a higher resolution. I have to design the report for one resolution but if it's viewed on a hier one then the report is off to the left. It would at least be nice if it could be centered in these situatios. I tried putting all the controls on a retangle and tried to center that but didn't succeed. Thanks,

Hi All, Place a image inside the table cell and use text box on it. It solves all the above problems. Is it helps you? Thanks, Raghav
