SSRS Calculate the Report Height during Report Refresh/Execution
Hello, I'd like to find out the total height of a SSRS report at execution time and if it is greater than the value X, I would like to execute a stored Procedure. Does anyone have an example of how to do this ? Thank you,

Hi jmcpsd, According to your description, you would like to calculate the height of the report, if the height greater than the value of X, then the stored procedure will be execute automatically, right? Please correct me if my understanding is wrong. If that’s the case, I am afraid we cannot calculate the report height during report fresh or execution; this is a limitation in reporting service. Additionally, if you have any concern about this, please submit a feedback at http://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/Feedback and hope Microsoft improve this feature in the next service pack or product release. Thanks for your understanding. Eileen

Hello, Thank you for your response. Yes, you are correct in what I am trying to do. To simplify, though, let me ask, (I presume the answer will be no) if I can find the location position and a specific object and have that update a parameter. Thank you again,
