SSRS 2012 Sharepoint Integrated
Hi, I'm trying to configure SSRS 2012 in order to work with SharePoint in integrated mode. I've followed the instructions contained in this article: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg492276(d=printer).aspx but when I tried to run the cmdlet Install-SPRSService I got the following message: install-sprsservice : The term 'install-sprsservice' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again. My server is a single VM with Windows Server 2012, SQL Server 2012 and SharePoint Server 2013. SQL was installed before SharePoint (of course). Has anybody any idea on a possible solution? Regards, Fabrizio.

I've just looked at a few guides online to see what might be happening and it sounds like you're doing everything right. The only exaplanation I can think of is that the cmdlet is missing. If SQL was installed first, it might not have installed the 'Reporting Services add-in for SharePoint' software on the install. I'm guessing that it's only checked when installing on a server with SharePoint installed. Odds are that where thecmdlet is stored. If you rerun the installer you should get the option to install that on your SQL instance and with a bit of luck that'll sort it. Hi James, I'm sure that I installed the feature when installing SQL. Anyway, I tried with a repair of all SQL Server features. I didn't get any error on the rs_Sharepoint_Cpu64 log (I think that is the component I need) and the final window showed SSRS SharePoint Integration, both features, were installed successfuly. But the cmdlet still doesn't work... Fabrizio.

I was just looking through http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj219068.aspx#bkmk_ctp3sequence Are you definately running it through the Sharepoint Management Shell rather than the regular PowerShell interface? Other than that I'm out of ideas - sorry. ooh - one last thing, are you using the right version of SharePoint? The one linked above is apparently specifically for BI testing with SQL 2012, is it posislbe you're using another version which doesn't work?
