SSRS 2008 not working after domain migration.
I have migrated SQL 2008 R2 server from one domain to another, I have changed the service SSRS service account using SSRS config manager. SQL is working fine and I
have problem with SSRS using login from different trusted domain.
Before migration all users, service account and servers are in one domain (DomainA).
I have migrated the servers and service accounts to new domain (DomainB) and user migrated to new domain (DomainC).
DomainB and DomainC trusted each other (two way trust).
I can access the reports page using the service account (ex: DomainB\svc1) and other account exists in DomainA (ex: DomainB\user1) BUT I can’t access the
reports using accounts in DomainC (ex: DomainC\user1).
I have granted the user (ex: DomainC\User1) system administrator access in Site Settings and added local administrator group no luck.
Can you guys point me to the right direction where I can access the reports using accounts in DomainC (ex: Domain\user1).
Thanks,
Mohammed.

Hi Mohammedu,
"I have granted the user (ex: DomainC\User1) system administrator access in Site Settings "
Access to reports, folders, models, shared data sources, and resources is controlled through item-level role assignments. Each user who requires access to a report server must have at least one item-level role assignment.
So, you also need to follow http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa337471.aspx to grant the user (DomainC\User1) item-level role.
thanks,
Jerry
