SSRS 2008 R2 Subscriptions Tab Missing From Report
We are running SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard This server has been upgraded from SQL Server 2008 Standard and previously from SQL 2005. Since the upgrade we have noticed that the Subscriptions Tab is no longer available from within reports. I can still subscribe to a report from the report manager page by selecting subscribe from the drop down. Our report server fulfills the criteria for the tab to be available (We have a mail server configured, Permissions on each report are correct and the credentials are stored in the datasource) and it was available before the upgrade. Since our end users do not access the report manager page but link to each report directly we need this tab to be enabled. Is there some other setting we need to change to enable this?

Hi Bobbler22, As you posted, Reporting Services 2008 R2 has made some changes on the appearance of Report Manager such as the Subscriptions tag. I agree this change brings some inconvenience. However, because it is related to the concept of product design, you can also submit your suggestion at https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer Your feedback is valuable for us to improve our products and increase the level of service provided. We appreciate for your understanding. If you have any question, please feel free to ask. Thanks, Tony Chain

Subscriptions are now in the report management section instead of a tab. You can get to report subscriptions by first clicking on the name of the report in the path at the top of the page. This takes you to the management page, and then you can click on 'Subscriptions' in the left-hand column. For others who are using Report Manager, you can also get there from the drop-down by selecting 'Manage' and then clicking on 'Subscriptions'.
