SSRS 2008 R2 Bug - Chart duplicating and unwanted resize
Hi, I'm using 2 charts on my report, one line chart and one pie chart Found a bug on SSRS related to chart. it's duplicating chart, the 2nd chart appears below the 1st chart After some research on the internet, i found out that it can be resolved by using tablix under the chart. It works! - Got another problem: that is the 2nd chart (pie chart) size resized to the same width with the 1st chart (line chart). - Is there any way to resolve this? I'm thinking to use sub report, but i prefer to avoid that if possible. Thanks,

Hi There Thanks for your posting. As far as I Know this is not a bug, this could happen because of the size of your report. So please try to adjust the margins of your report. Can you please also do the following? Place a rectangle inside your Report and in the rectangle please put two rectangle one for pie chart and one for your line chart and please place your pic as well as line chart inside, please make sure that your line and pie chart both inside the rectangle you have to cut and select the rectangle and paste your pie chart as well as line chart inside the rectangle I hope this will resolve your problem If you have any questions please do ask. Hi Syed, Thanks for the reply. - So I did remove the tablix, adjust the margin (I'm using A3 paper size), add the rectangles and put the charts inside their respective rectangles. but still the issue persists. As you can see, the chart is duplicated again (since i removed the tablix), also the 2nd chart size is resized. Did i miss something? - Thanks, Daniel

Hi Syed, - Yes it's the same with i.e. the thing is, I tried to use the report designer's preview, and it's working fine. So apparently it only happens if I show the report on report viewer. - Sure.. will send you the .rdl file. Very appreciate the help. - Thanks, Daniel

Hi There Thanks for your posting. Please send the file and some sample data to my email address, I just realised that you are using report viewer control. I would suggest you please deploy report and first see if the issue is in report manager too and then we can focus on report viewer control I have also found similar thread posted by you http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqlreportingservices/thread/96840162-6063-47d2-8f3d-dc4538c04729 Are you upgrading your reports from SSRs 2005 ?
