SSRS 2008 Line Chart
I’m building my first Line Chart in SSRS 2008 and I’m running into some “I know what I want to do but where the heck is it” issues. I have data coming back in the format example below Date Number of Reads Number of Bad Reads Number of Good Reads 10/1/2010 100 50 50 10/2/2010 1000 800 200 This data pulls a rolling 30 day window but when I drop the Date column in the Category field it only shows the interval of each week and not by day. I’ve tried several property settings but nothing changes it. Could you point me in the right direction?

You can set the interval in x-axis properties. You can also rotate the labels 90 degrees(and other angles). Do you see the tick marks for the days?Kalman Toth, SQL Server & Business Intelligence Training; SQL 2008 GRAND SLAM

Under the Interval Properties I set the IntervalOffsetType & IntervaType to Days and nothing changed. I also set those same properties under Labels with nothing changing. The Interval value under Interval is set to Auto but not sure what other options I have in that one.

Can you try the following? On Axis Options: Interval = 1 IntervalType=Days On Labels Disable auto-fit Rotation angle 90 Kalman Toth, SQL Server & Business Intelligence Training; SQL 2008 GRAND SLAM
