SSRS 2008 - Report Parameter is read only

Hi, Based on your description, i tried it in my SSRS 2008 environment, everything works fine. However, 1. Since the parameter is hidden, why do you set its values from one dataset? 2. Does the error message say which parameter is read only? 3. Open the reporting services error log files to see if there is some details about this error. If the above did not help you out this issue, you can send the rdl files to me through the email sqltnsp AT microsoft DOT com, i will give you a feedback once i get them. thanks, Jerry
