Hi, Just put these controls side by side and have page breaks between the regions you want to split. Thanks.Yao Jie Tang -Microsoft Online Community

Do the following steps in the layout 1) On 1st page, put one Chart and under that the table (you may put on the right also if that is what you want). Add page break in the table 2) On 2nd page, put the Chart and two tables. Add a page break on the last (in this case the second) table 3) On 3rd page, put three charts and one table. Add page break on the table 4) On 4th page, put two tables. Add page break on the second table This should work I guess Cheers, Jason My Blog P.S. : Please click the 'Mark as Answer' button if a post solves your problem! :)

Hmm, the method provided by Prasanna is more correct and flexible, because you can keep on adding or removing objects from the rectangle. It is easier to understand also for another developer who might be maintaining the code.Cheers, Jason My Blog P.S. : Please click the 'Mark as Answer' button if a post solves your problem! :)

What you have to do is establish each page as a subreport. Then the main report will act as an executive.Phil
