Hi Venty, You may do that for hide/show. Enabling and disabling may not be possible in SSRS. What I wonder is, SSRS is not an interactive tool where user can give his inputs. I want to understand this requirement better so that I can help you better. Regards,Phani Note: Please vote/mark the post as answered if it answers your question/helps to solve your problem.

Hi, friend thanks for your reply, My problem is ssrs2005 I am having a problem with cascading parameters. The 1st time you make a selection the dependent parameters update correctly. If you select a new value from the 1st parameter, the 2nd parameter updates as expected, but the 3rd one does not update. The parameter values are still based on the selection from the 1st time. Thanks venty venty

Hi Venty, As Parameter2 depends on the Parameter1, does Parameter3 also depend on the Parameter2 in your report? From my testing in Reporting Services 2005, if the Parameter3 also depends on the Parameter2, it will be disabled when Parameter1 changed. And it will be enabled until I select a value Parameter2. However, if Parameter3 is independent, it will keep the selected value when the Parameter1 and Parameter2 changed. If the dependent Parameter3 is also keep the value when the Parameter1 changed, please check and post the specific of your Reporting Services. It can be found at the bottom of the Report Server homepage. So I can try to reproduce this issue on the same version of Reporting Services. Hi, friend thanks for your reply, My problem is ssrs2005 parameter update refresh problem in dropdown listventy

Hi Venty, Since you ran into a refresh problem about cascading parameters with available values specified (displayed as dropdown list), I need to know the exact relationship among 3 parameters to reproduce this issue. So, are 3 parameters are all cascade like the 2nd parameter is depend on the 1st one and the 3rd parameter is depend on the 2st one? I have already tested in 2 scenarios which I have mentioned in the previous replay. If the result confilicts with the result in your enviroment, please check the specific version of your Reporting Services 2005 and post it. The specific version can be found at the bottom of Report Server homepage. Thanks, Tony ChainPlease remember to mark the replies as answers if they help and unmark them if they provide no help
