After installing SQL Server 2005 SP4, I found the SSIS package failed to run and below error exist. Error: Could not create DTS.Application because of error 0x80040154 I found that SSIS services is not start in SQL server configuration Manager. I try to start it and return fail. Error: the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion Anyone face this issue, pls help.
