SSIS package not running in batch mode
Hi, I am not able to run the SSIS packages in batch mode through job scheduler. I think some SQL Server Integration Services is not installed/running on my database server that come as part of the SQL server setup. Though, I am able to run the packages through the development studio. I also checked the services running on server but couldn't get much about it. Can anyone give me some pointer to fix this issue? Thanks SandySandyLeo

Yes, SQL Integration Services needs to be installed and running in order for you to do things like schedule a package to run via SQL Agent. Do you see the SQL Integration Services listed in the SQL Configuration Manager tool?Todd C - MSCTS SQL Server 2005 - Please mark posts as answered where appropriate.

Or alternativly, you can just install the runtime, this will also cure it.Peter Carter-Greenan http://sqlserverdownanddirty.blogspot.com/
