Is the data mapping establised in the destination? Is there any Truncate or delete statement at control flow? What is the progress bar reading about the number of rows written? Nitesh Rai- Please mark the post as answered if it answers your question

At the first place, double check whether you are verifying the actual database where the package has inserted the records. There might be case where you might have inserted data in a particular database and verify in a different database. Thanks, Bharani M - Please mark the post as answered if it answers your question. - Please vote the post as Helpful if you find the post as helpful.

To add on what Bharani has mentioned.Check if there is some package configuration enabled and actual data is inserted somewhere else.Nitesh Rai- Please mark the post as answered if it answers your question

Not sure what is the problem.Try re-adding the OLEDB Destination.Try to add one dummy row in the destination table using Management Studio and check if the data gets inserted.Nitesh Rai- Please mark the post as answered if it answers your question

I've had exactly the same problem. SSIS reports everything is green and the dataviewer grid shows me the data, no errors whatsoever in the progress report but nothing in the destination table. Tried dropping & creating another OLE DB destination to the same table, still nothing. What worked in the end was allowing the OLE DB destination control to create a new table - import worked fine and the table was populated. Then I set the destination back to the original table and whoohoo! it all worked again. Can't say I'm happy that it took this to make it work again or that I understand why but I know that I now trust SSIS even less than before. Microsoft have a brilliant product here which it is sadly under-investing in. It's just not enterprise worthy yet.
