can any one tell me what is SSIS job and how it works here? and how to implement it with SharePoint list to import and export text file from list?

SSIS is nothing SQL Server Integration Service and its a platform to building a high integration data solution, includes graphical tool.

And not able to get clear idea on "how to implement it with SharePoint list to import and export text file from list?" . What is text file?What do you want to import and export?

Means .txt document will be attached with each item in sharepoint list and is it possible to import and export these files using ssis?
