We have developed the packages using 2005. I created few and my teammate created some. When I tried to access the package(In IDE/BIDS), I got error on OLE Source Connection(Because it was created by co-worker). I want both of us should be able modify and access without worry about changing connetions in Connection Manager. I want to use XML Config file with Environmental varibale. Is there an example out there or any suggetion? Your help will be greately Appreciated.

It is likely that your coworker used his own key to encrypt the package sensitive data (the default setting in SSIS). Use instead a password based security.
