Moreover I am using the 32bit option in job agent and they were running fine before, mainly its affecting all those package which pulling data from external data sources i.e Oracle.

Try running RegSvr32 PipelineXml.dll from the Run menu then re-execute the package. If that does not work see KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918038 And then if the latter is not applicable apply the latest service pack and any outstanding CUs (cumulative updates).Arthur My Blog
