Help please! I've got a SSIS package that takes a CSV file and populates a table with the output. I've got a total of 4 fields (two string, two date) I'm importing. The package runs without errors and populates the table with the correct record count. Here's the issue - the two string fields populate the table with what appears to be Chinese characters, and the two date fields don't populate at all. My code page is consistent (1252), and a data viewer I've placed between the derived column section and the SQL Server Destination section displays exactly what I want being appended to the table. Any thoughts? This has me stumped!
