SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 R2 Express edit and SharePoint list
Hi. I need an info on the fly. In RS 2008 R2 Express Edition is it possible to use a SharePoint (2007 or 2010) list as a data source? Many thanks

Hi Asim, By design, Analysis Services, Oracle, XML, SAP, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), OLE DB, and ODBC data sources are not supported in SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services Express edition. As you may know, SharePoint list data source is based on XML data source. So, SharePoint list data source is not supported in SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services Express.
