SQL Server Reporting Services - change minutes to hours on the chart
Hello, I have a small problem with the chart in the RS. I created a query that converted me into hours and minutes add up. for example, a 1595 - 26:35 min. The same query I put to the chart, unfortunately, gets a blank chart. So I put the chart minutes, the data displays properly, but the Y-axis must be in the form HH: MM, Excel solved this by using a custom format [h]: mm here in the RS is no longer the case goes. The correct chart should look like this Maybe you have an idea to solve this.

Hi There Please go to your y-axis or x-axis properties and you can set the properties to custom like to set the interval type to hour. So if you want to change the x-axis interval type please do the following Right-click on the Horizontal Axis, and open the Horizontal Axis Properties window. In the General tab, set the Axis type: to Scalar (Number/Dates). Under the Axis range and interval option, set the Minimum value to something like this =CDate(00:00 AM)Set the Interval: to 1, and select the Interval type: as Hours.Similar is the case for y-axis I am putting some screenshot for your help Please let me know if you have any questions Many Thanks Syed Qazafi Anjum Please click "Mark as Answer" if this resolves your problem or "Vote as Helpful" if you find it helpful.

it doesn't work X-axis is not about to change, the problem is only with Y-axis maybe i must change custom formatting, but the date format [h]:mm is not recognizable in RS.

Hello lukas317, I think that you can set the Interval property to 12 in Vertical Axis Properties dialog. For more information about specifying an Axis interval, please see: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd239317.aspx Regards, Bin LongBin Long TechNet Community Support
