SQL Reporting Services 2008R2 - SharePoint Tied Mode
I have installed and configured SQL Reporting Services 2008R2 in SharePoint itnegrated mode in a small SharePoint 2010 farm. I am able to deploy Shared Data Sources and Reports. However, when I go to change the Shared Data Source from SharePoint, there are no options available to update the connection string. And, on the Report itself, I cannot edit the association to the Shared Data Source. It appears that the SSRS functionality isnt available... But, when I deploy the report using integrated windows authentiation and I run the report as an Administrator, the report runs from SharePoint without issue.. Any ideas?

Are you able to see any reporting options in the context menu for .RDL files (e.g. Manage Subscriptions, Manage Data Sources, Manage Parameters)? If not, you may need to activate the Report Server Integration Feature on your site collection. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb677366.aspx

Tristan, This option is not available in the site or at the site collection level under the list of available features. There is an option for Report Server Synch... but not "Report Server Integration". In SharePoint Central Admin, I have all of the SSRS settings available and they are configured correctly. I'm at a loss.... Should I re-install the 2008 R2 x64 SSRS add-in?

Could you try opening the SharePoint 2010 Management Shell and running the following PowerShell cmdlets?: > Install-SPFeature -Path ReportServer > Enable-SPFeature -Identity ReportServer -Url <Site Collection URL> These cmdlets should ensure that the Report Server feature is installed to your farm and activated on the specified site collection.
