SQL 2008 to SQL 2008 R2
We recently upgraded from SQL 2008 to SQL 2008 R2. We are running SSRS in SharePoint Integrated mode. (SharePoint 2010).
What do I need to change in Reporting services and/or SharePoint to reflect these changes? Do I just deploy the updated SSRS reports and everything is automatic? Is there anything on the SQL side I should be checking? I tried to find
similiar posts to no joy.
Thanks!

I don't think there will be any problem after the configuration is done because it would have caused an issue during the reports deployment itself
try opening a report and check if they are working properly or not

It's the configuraiton that I'm trying to figure out. We did the SQL upgrade to R2, but when I try to render a report, it says that it's the wrong version specified by Reporting Services. But I can't figure out in Reporting Services where to
change it. Do I need to reinstall Reporting Services? I would of thought that it was part of the upgrade.NashParrot

Hi NashParrot,
Are you trying to deploy reports (which you created in 2008 but now after upgrade they are R2 based reports) on SQL R2 report server, is that what you mean?
Can you also paste exact error message you get when you try to deploy the reports?
Does the reports renders perfectly on BIDS 2008 as well as BIDS R2?
Please let us know your feedback.
Thanks

I'm actually trying to deploy BIDS R2 report to an environment that was SQL 2008 but is now SQL 2008 R2. It's Reporting Services in SharePoint integrated mode. The issue is that when SQL 2008 R2 upgrade was done, I'm not sure if all the steps
for making sure SSRS was upgraded properly, even though I know the SQL itself is running just fine. I don't have a screen shot, but the error was exactly what I typed above.NashParrot

Hi NashParrot,
Currently, we can only configure a deployment of SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 R2 to work with a deployment of Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010 or Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. After upgrade to SQL Server 2008 R2, we should configuring Reporting
Services for SharePoint 2010 Integration. For more information, please refer to the article below:
