SQL 2008 Ent writes every other second in log: Setting database option COMPATIBILITY_Level to 100 for database ReportServer$SERVER
Please help: sql 2008 on a virtual 2008 Ent running on 2008 Ent host. All updates installedthe ReportServer$ServerTempDB_log is growing huuge. was 3.5GB. i set recovery model to simple and shrunk the database. its now back to 504kb left the setting at simple whats weird is the sql log writes every some seconds Setting database option COMPATIBILITY_Level to 100 for database ReportServer$SERVER and Setting database optoion COMPATIBILITY_Level to 100 for database ReportServer$SERVERTempDB 1st q: i checked and its set to 100 so i dont understand why it keeps trying to set it to 100 every few seconds. how do i make it stop and why isit doin that? 2nd q: where are the logfiles the errors are filed in located physically? they must be huge by now with 2 lines added every other secondtia

i am referring to the SQL Server logs viewable in SQL Server Management Studio - Log file viewer. Current and Archive #1 - Archive #6.
