SQL2012 ReportingServicesService.exe using amazing amount of memory
I have just loaded on a clients network SQL 2012 with reporting services installed as well. When the service is running (I've had to stop it) the memory climbs and climbs passing 6GB to 10GB or more without any users on the network. What can I do to control
this problem?Chris

Okay - so I figured this out:
These settings are in the rsreportserver.config file
<MemorySafetyMargin>80</MemorySafetyMargin>
<MemoryThreshold>90</MemoryThreshold>
but these are not:
<WorkingSetMaximum>4000000</WorkingSetMaximum>
<WorkingSetMinimum>2400000</WorkingSetMinimum>
Problem solved once I added this to the rsreportserver.config file.Chris
