I unfortunately deleted Sharepoint Config database. :D When I run the product config wizard; at step 1 it gives an SQLException. Cannot open the database "Sharepoint Config" requested by the login. The login failed for the user... After that; I tried to restore farmusing Restore-Farm...; I have a full SP backup. It says:Restore-SPFarm: the farm is unavailable.At Line 1 Char 15.....;Category Info: Invalid Data... What should I do to recover SP?

I found the SP Config database from backup files. While trying to attach it to database it gives the following error: CREATE FILE encountered operating system error 32( This process can not reach the file since the file isused by another process (I translate it this part to English)) while attempting to open or create the physical file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA\SPCOnfig2.mdf'. (.Net SqlClient Data Provider)..Error Number: 5123
