hi,

 i logged into sql management console and tried to shrink the sharepoint config db's log files.[ my log files made my C drive 0 bytes!].

but when i tried to open the sharepoint config , it shows me (recovery pending) and i clicked on the same but  it  gave me " sp config db is not accessible.

can anyone pls help how to fix this. my dev machine is having both  SP 2013 n SQL 2012 installed and also VS 2012, SP D 2013.
