SP Calendar alerts no longer work.
I created a calendar in MOSS 07. It worked well for quite some time. I applied a SSL cerficate the wrong months ago and it broke everything. The site has been rebuilt but several things no longer work. If anyone know ANYTHING about any of these issues, would you please be kind enough to advise??? Out of the box calendar no longer sends email alerts to internal participants. This is possibly an AD problem. Profile importing no longer works yet there are 7 in there that I did not manually add. People search web part I installed doesnt work yet regular search does. Please, if anyone can help with any of these things, I will give as much info on them as possible. I have had an open case with MS for 8 weeks and they do not know what they are doing at all. Thank you in advance for any input.

I have deleted the second identical copy of this that was sent ten minutes early. Such duplicate always waste people's time as there are parallel tracks. Please try to avoid this (and non-problem descriptions in the Titles - which both posts had) in future. did you see any error in the ULS or Event log. did you try to config cache refresh? thanks -wsSharePoint administrator, MCTS,MCITP

waqas105- Thank you for responding. Of course, this is now old and after two months of working with MS and guys in house, I was able to resolve 90% of the problem. Anyway, I never got your response? I thought an email would be sent out to me anytime people responded???? Am I missing something? Please advise. That's if you get an email indicating I responded to your response.....

The function has been working pretty well for the past few months.
