SNMP event view this should be an easy one for someone
Ok, I am stuck but from everything I am reading this process seems like it should be easy. So I want to create a collection rule so I can see all SNMP traps coming in. My under standing is I can do this by creating a event collection rule for SNMP
and then I just need to create an event view. The porblem is when I go to set up a event view and select "generate by specific rules" I do not see the rule I created. What am I missing??
Thanks,
Rob

Hi Rob,
No need to worry about the rule if u want to see all traps.
Just select a New Event View and Show data Related to: SNMP Network Device
make sure your network devices have been discovered under administration
