SMS_SITE_SYSTEM_STATUS_SUMMARIZER strange messages

Hi, i'm running SCCM 2012 R2, SCCM SQL DBis are located on a separate SQL server.

I've noticed that SMS_SITE_SYSTEM_STATUS_SUMMARIZER writes a couple of messages in log:

Microsoft SQL Server reported SQL message 297, severity 16: [42000][297][Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]The user does not have permission to perform this action.

How I can understand, which action CM is trying to perform every minute?

Yes, there are errors (however, CMTrace haven't marked these messages as errors):

---->: Could not execute the SQL command: DBCC SQLPERF(LOGSPACE). Will try again in 60 seconds.

*** [42000][297][Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]The user does not have permission to perform this action.

Is it CM server account rights issue?

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

Yes it would be a CM12 server account  right issue.
