Active Directory System Discovery Agent reported errors for 35 objects. DDRs were generated for 0 objects that had errors while reading non-critical properties. DDRs were not generated for 35 objects that had errors while reading critical properties.

Possible cause: The site server might not have access to some properties of this object. The container specified might not have the properties available.
Solution: Please verify the Active Directory schema for properties that are not replicated or locked. Refer to the discovery logs for more information.

You first asked about SMS_COMPONENT_STATUS_SUMMARIZER, now you posted AD System Discovery related messages. They are unrelated. It would make sense to examine the state of SMS_COMPONENT_STATUS_SUMMARIZER.

It has a Green check mark by it but it does say "Component Not installed by Site manager" the availability is online with no alerts.

I found this but it pertains to 2008 R2, I'm running SCCM2012 R2 on a 2012 R2 server

However in that acrticle it still show in 2012R2 the first 2 as false and the article says to change to true, what do you think.

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) as they can work with you to solve this problem.
