Hi, you can perform an in-place upgrade to ConfigMgr if the requirements are present http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb693584.aspx ; http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb693622.aspxBechir Gharbi | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/bgharbi/

If I summarize, you will install/configure ConfigMgr (Primary site) with a new site code and you will configure the SMS Server as a child of the ConfigMgr. After that, you must reassign the clients to the new site code (using GPO or vbs script, ...) ... Also note that the SMS objects (collections, packages, ...) will not be replicated to the ConfigMgr server, ... good info from you ,, wut if I uninstall SMS 2003 and install SCCM 2007 Sp2 with the same server and IP address, I think in this case there won't be any change on clients , caz the client will keep communication with the same name and IP for the new SCCM 2007? And from the SCCM I push client and check box for upgrade ? correct me please

I never tested that solution and I will never do it. It's not a supported solution and I've not seen anybody do that before. And I'm pretty sure, the SMS clients will not be able to communicate with the new ConfigMgr server.Bechir Gharbi | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/bgharbi/
