I have gone through the link but i wouldn't able to understand the concept ,if you can able please explain. More over i couldn't find any component there.

If you are more specific about the client's component, it's ConfigMgr Client Core components which is responsible for three digit site code. But to discover site code properly, client should fall under defined site boundaries.
