SCSM Disaster Recovery for FIM Reporting?
Hi, We are trying to plan for FIM SCSM disaster recovery. My assumption is that the databases are the most important part. If SCSM is down the FIM reporting jobs won't run, but as long as the SCSM servers get restored before the request history expires (default is 30 days though we set it to less in Dev) the reporting jobs could catch up. Does that sound like a reasonable assumption? Thanks, Sami

Hello, The recovery steps vary on which DB fails. We have the situations documented in the FIM 2010 R2 Reporting Disaster Recovery article. Best, Jeff Ingalls
