Hi All, be patience for my English.... in an installation of System Center Service Manager 2012 I created a connector with SCCM 2012 and now into SCSM 2012 I can see all the hardware and software associated to PCs. In Configuration Manager is enabled User Device Affinity but in Service Manager the Primary User field is empty. What can I do so that the data is imported from SCCM 2012 thanks in advanced Michele

Hi, You must activate Asset Intelligence on SCCM. To do this from the SCCM Console : Go to "Asset and Compliance"Right click on asset intelligence Edit invetory classes Enable all asset intelligence ...Manualy run your connector Best Regards Rmy BOVI

Hi, Asset intelligence is already enable and in SCCM i see the primary User, only in Service Manager the field is empty. Michele
