SCOM log errors
Hello, i'm geting the fallowing errors in my event viewer on the SCOM management server: DetectDuplicateRelAgnToSrvMonitor.vbs : Script executed with Error Number: -2147217843 Error Details: Login failed for user 'Domain\SCOM$'. PartitioningAndGroomingMonitor.vbs : Script executed with Error Number: -2147217843 Error Details: Login failed for user 'Domain\SCOM$'. Any idea what do they refer to and which login do i need to check/change? thanks, Peter

Read the message - the login you are using is failing. This is a run-as account problem with the workflow for the SCOM action accounts. If you have set these up as domain accounts, be sure they have not been locked out by policy in AD or simply expired and needing a password reset. If the password for these has changed, then you need to re-save the credentials in SCOM so that the workflows can run. Microsoft Corporation
