Hmm. We can get config churn at times and a lot of events for config issues. What I have done, is stop the three services on the RMS, bounce SQL services, restart the SCOM services on the RMS and wait. Have you tried that?Regards, Blake Email: mengotto<at>hotmail.com Blog: http://discussitnow.wordpress.com/ If my response was helpful, please mark it as so, if it answered your question, then please also mark it accordingly. Hi, Could you please let us know if there was any change before the issue occurred? Please try the following to clear the HealthService queue: 1. Stop the following services: System Center Management service System Center Management Configuration service System Center Data Access service 2. Go to C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\, and rename the Health Service State folder. 3. Restart the services. Hope this helps. Thanks. Nicholas Li TechNet Community Support

Hi , There were no changes before occurance of this issue & I have notice this once after creating the website monitor in SCOM. Website monitor got sucessfully created in scom authoring console & same was not visiable under website in monitoring pane. Then went to OpsMgr event log in RMS and saw below warning events : -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The request to synchronize state for OpsMgr Health Service identified by "a340d2a9-ab1b-2e53-ca78-d303510c831d" failed due to the following exception "Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Common.DataItemDoesNotExistException: An instance was deleted before its properties could be read. at Microsoft.Mom.ConfigService.OpsMgrDataAccess.ConfigurationDataAccessor.QueryInstanceProperties(ReadOnlyCollection`1 instances) at Microsoft.Mom.ConfigService.DataAccess.DatabaseAccessor.QueryInstanceProperties(ReadOnlyCollection`1 instances) at Microsoft.Mom.ConfigService.Engine.ConfigurationEngine.CommunicationHelper.StateSyncRequestTask.ConfigurationItems.Instances.CollectPublicProperties(ReadOnlyCollection`1 identities, IConfigurationDataAccessor dataAccessor) at Microsoft.Mom.ConfigService.Engine.ConfigurationEngine.CommunicationHelper.StateSyncRequestTask.ConfigurationItems.ConfigurationItemCollection`2.CollectPublicProperties(IConfigurationDataAccessor dataAccessor) at Microsoft.Mom.ConfigService.Engine.ConfigurationEngine.CommunicationHelper.StateSyncRequestTask.ConfigurationItems..ctor(StateContext stateContext, IConfigurationDataAccessor dataAccessor) at Microsoft.Mom.ConfigService.Engine.ConfigurationEngine.CommunicationHelper.StateSyncRequestTask.CreateResponse(Managers managers) at Microsoft.Mom.ConfigService.Engine.ConfigurationEngine.Managers.Synchronize(OnDoSynchronizedWork onDoSynchronizedWork) at Microsoft.Mom.ConfigService.Engine.ConfigurationEngine.CommunicationHelper.StateSyncRequestTask.Execute(Managers managers) at Microsoft.Mom.ConfigService.Engine.ConfigurationEngine.CommunicationHelper.StateSyncRequestTask.Run(Guid source, String cookie, Managers managers, IConfigurationDataAccessor dataAccessor, Stream stream, IConnection connection)". ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Then went to "Health Service State " & observe this folder is not updating. The Stopped all the 3 services in RMS -Took a backup of "Health Service State " folder. - Started all 3 service . and observe "Management Packs" and "Connector Configuration Cache" is empty, not able to get information from the OpsMgr database. Are the services using a domain account to connect to SQL? Is SQL healthy? Can the accounts connect? Are the accounts locked?Regards, Blake Email: mengotto<at>hotmail.com Blog: http://discussitnow.wordpress.com/ If my response was helpful, please mark it as so, if it answered your question, then please also mark it accordingly. Hi Sushil, check out: Operations Manager Internal Connector http://www.bictt.com/blogs/bictt.php/2012/02/07/operations-manager-internal-connector There are only two known ways. Either restore the database to a point before the connector removal (which means to before the time when you last applied your CU, and i hope its not too long ago) and check the time when you imported that .mp file mentioned in the blog post. Or re-create the whole SCOM. Both not nice options. Yesterday there was an MVP who ran into the same thing. We are discussing with MS again, about if there are any other ways. But do not get your hopes up on that. They have had a number at customer support. Also thats why that KB article contains a number of cautions and notes about this same subject!Bob Cornelissen - BICTT (My Blog about SCOM) - MVP 2012 and Microsoft Community Contributor 2011 Recipient
