We have newly  installed 2 new management server in our network and both the servers are in different location , Out of 2 server one server status is healthy in scom but one more management server is not monitored state for last two days.\When i checked it is receiving the config file, all MP's and no error in Event log.

The issue server is located in different location . can you please tell me how to solve this

Per MS recommendation all the MS and DB should be in the same VLAN not in different location.

It really needs to be in the same location - if there is latency between the MS and databases then you risk database corruption. Why do you need a Management Server in that location? It isn't best practice design.
